Morag's face to face classes create an opportunity for people to come together and support each other. This includes after class coffee meetups, social gatherings, retreats and ayurveda cooking nights, many of her clients have forged new and lasting
friendships and a sense of community.


Many of Morag's clients return each week, each term and even each year, with some loyal clients maintaining regular attendance for over 10 years. 


Others come for a few weeks, a term, a season, or for a reason, popping in and out when they can make space in their lives for self care or when they need extra support
with their health. 

What to Expect.

  • Targeted exercises to strengthen core stability muscles and maintain a healthy, pain-free neck and back.

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe your nervous system, release the effects of stress, manage anxiety and improve sleep. 

  • Meditation and mindfulness skills to improve your focus and concentration and calm your mind.

  • A special time to nurture yourself and connect with like minded people who share values of kindness, good health, community and joy for life.  

  • Fully inclusive and for all ages and levels of fitness.

  • A highly experienced teacher and life coach (with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga) who is committed to helping you enjoy a safe and enjoyable practice of yoga that will enhance your well being....and more!

  • A tranquil venue with heating and air-con to ensure you are comfortable.
